Subject: Che Cafe programming
Che members,
By this e-mail, I am informing the Che Cafe student organization and members of the Che Cafe, that alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code have been submitted to Student Judicial Affairs. regarding violations of directives issued on May 31, 2000 to the Che Cafe and its' members. Two all ages shows were held June 19 and 20, 2000, violating the May 31 directive.
Based on recommendations from Risk Management, Environmental Health and Safety and the Campus Police, for safety and liability reasons, the Che Cafe and its' members must vacate and cease all use of the Che facilities immediately. The University will proceed to secure the facility, including utility disconnects. Members of the Che collective will be given the additional opportunity to remove Che property, by prior arrangement, on Monday, July 3 and Wednesday, July 5, during normal business hours. Please contact Matt Xavier at 534-1959 to arrange a time.
