xxxxxx,

Please contact Staff Pro yourself.

I want to remind you that the programming terms of my memo dated May 31, 2000 are still in force. To remind you, they are:

1. All Che shows must be 18 years old and over.
2. Capacity is set at 212--112 inside, 100 patio. For shows with 75 or less patrons, the Che will have 2 Staff Pro.
3. For shows with 75 or more patrons, the Che will have 3 + 1 Staff Pro.
4. No pat downs will be required, visual checks will be permitted.
5. A sign must be posted stating the following: Only 18 years of age and older will be admitted. Patrons must have a valid picture ID(driver's license, valid state ID with picture). No alcohol, drugs, weapons permitted.
6. XXXXXX will be the Che principal member in charge at all shows and will be the liaison between Staff Pro, campus police and university personnel.
7. Che volunteers will patrol the patio and grove to ensure minors and non-paying people are not permitted on the premises.
8. UC police will continue to patrol the Che and offer their assistance. As Sgt. Hutchison stated, UC police will enter the Che in at-risk situations and when called. If Staff Pro fails to show up, contact UC police dispatch at 534-4357 and Sgt. Hutchison will be paged.
9. If there are any additional incidents, the University will take action, up to and including prohibiting Che programming.

XXXXXX, if the Che conducts all ages shows, as stated in a memo from YYYYYYY dated June 9, 2000, and/or the Che fails to comply with the directives in my memo, allegations of misconduct, under the Student Conduct Code, will be filed against the Che (student organization) and against individual student members. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including the revocation of Che status as a UCSD registered student organization. Please inform the other Che members of this memo.

As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
