Subject: Che Cafe Non-Compliance of Programming Requirements
Hello xxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxx, and Che Cafe Collective,
xxxxx, thank you for your effort to keep me abreast of Che Cafe programs, however, there have been several instances of non-compliance over the past academic year. These cause me great concern as to whether or not the Che Cafe will be allowed to continue to function as a registered student organization.
1) For the past year I have not received notifications that University approved and bonded security for Che Cafe shows have been hired. No less than two are required for all programs.
2) I have not received documentation
that a current insurance liability policy is in effect.
3) I also have not received any "Certification of Payment" forms, which the Che Cafe was approved to use in lieu of the University's standard artist contract.
4) Only principal members, as noted on the Student Organization Registration Form, are authorized to send official notifications of (Blue Form) organization events.
Effective immediately, all Che Cafe programming must stop. Please contact me regarding any questions you may have.
